13 Years to 19 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 13 and 19 years old, with no history of sexual activity; 2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for adolescent polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS); 3) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for obesity, with a body mass index (BMI) = 25 kg/m²; 4) No history of any Western medical or traditional Chinese medical treatment within the past three months; 5) Voluntarily participating in this trial and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of significant organic lesions or malformations of the reproductive system; 2) Complicated with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular, liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system disorders, or with mental abnormalities; 3) Use of hormonal medications or drugs affecting glucose metabolism within the three months prior to treatment; 4) Patients concurrently participating in other clinical trials.
