Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Mixed-methods study 1.1 Cross-sectional study: Clinicians with clinical experiences in using CHM to treat COPD. 1.2 Semi-structured interview: (1) Clinicians majored in Chinese medicine or integrated medicine, with at least 5 years of clinical experience in using herbal medicine to treat COPD, ensuring they can provide informed and reflective responses. (2) Clinicians must be able to communicate in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese to enable effective participation in the interview. 2. Expert consensus 2.1 Delphi study: (1) Experts are required to work in respiratory disease; (2) Experts should be required to be qualified as an associate chief physician or chief physician in their hospitals; (3) Experts need a major in Chinese medicine, integrated Chinese- Western medicine or Western medicine, with more than 5 years of clinical experience with CHM use for COPD. 2.2 Consensus meeting: (1) recognised academic, clinical, or methodological expertise relevant to COPD, CHM, implementation science, or healthcare policy; (2) at least five years of relevant professional experience in their respective field; and (3) willingness to participate in the consensus meeting.
