Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets the diagnostic criteria for sepsis-associated acute lung injury (ALI) according to the 2020 'Expert Consensus on the Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment of Sepsis-Induced Lung Injury'; this study will apply for approval from the Ethics Committee of the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University, and all enrolled patients will obtain informed consent from themselves or their families and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with severe combined liver and kidney dysfunction, blood disorders, endocrine, immune, or other underlying diseases; 2) Those with trauma, tuberculosis, or malignant tumors; 3) Patients who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery or have organic gastrointestinal diseases; 4) Individuals with mental disorders, lacking self-control, or unable to express themselves clearly; 5) Those who do not accept acupuncture therapy, have poor compliance, or do not actively cooperate with treatment; 6) Pregnant women; 7) Individuals under 18 or over 80 years old.
