Electroacupuncture Group:Standardized drug therapy for heart failure
Electroacupuncture at Neiguan (PC-6) and Jianshi (PC-5)

35 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 35 and 75 years, gender; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for heart failure as per the 2024 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Heart Failure; (3) Heart function class I to III (NYHA classification); (4) Voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) There are contraindications for cardiopulmonary exercise testing; (2) Suffers from an illness that is not effectively controlled and is unable to cooperate to complete the study; (3) Has a mental illness; (4) The skin around the Neiguan and Jian Shi acupoints has eczema or damage; (5) Has not signed the informed consent form.
