Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for simple obesity as mentioned above; 2) Aged between 18 and 49 years old; 3) Willing to undergo three sessions of acupuncture point embedding therapy and sign an informed consent form; 4) Has not undergone any medical weight loss treatments in the past three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with allergies to heterologous proteins; 2) Patients with diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, polycystic ovary syndrome, cancer, gout, or other chronic diseases of the endocrine or autoimmune systems; 3) Individuals taking glucocorticoids, sex hormones, or those with secondary obesity due to other illnesses; 4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5) Individuals with coagulation disorders, including those using anticoagulant or antiplatelet medications; 6) Individuals with impaired skin and subcutaneous tissue absorption or repair functions due to other diseases; 7) Individuals with skin diseases, inflammation, ulcers, or breaks at the acupuncture points where the thread is to be inserted; 8) Individuals unable to follow up on time; 9) Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in the trial by the physician.
