Experimental Group I:Transcutaneous acupuncture at bilateral Neiguan and Zusanli points, with electrical stimulation.
Experimental Group 2:Transcutaneous acupuncture at bilateral Neiguan and Hegu, with simultaneous electroacupuncture stimulation.
Control group 1:Transcutaneous acupuncture at bilateral Neiguan and Zusanli without electrical stimulation.
Control Group 2:Percutaneous acupuncture at bilateral Neiguan and He Gu points without electrical stimulation.
Control Group 3:Transcutaneous acupuncture at bilateral Qinglingquan and Chengshan (non-relevant acupoints) with electrical stimulation
Control Group 4:Transcutaneous needle stimulation at two arbitrary bilateral sites (non-acupuncture points) with concurrent electrical stimulation

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Undergo gynecological laparoscopic surgery 2 ASA classification I~II 3 Aged 18~65 years 4 Sign the informed consent form 5 Adhere to the research protocol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with heart, lung, or brain diseases 2) Individuals with diabetes, hypertension (systolic blood pressure > 20% above baseline or > 130 mmHg), or hypotension (systolic blood pressure < 20% below baseline or < 130 mmHg) 3) Individuals with abnormal liver or kidney function, electrolyte imbalances, or coagulation disorders 4) HGB < 100 g/L 5) Individuals with alcohol or substance abuse 6) Individuals allergic to medications used in the study 7) Individuals with contraindications for acupuncture 8) Individuals with mental health disorders
