Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Colorectal cancer patients receiving oxaliplatin chemotherapy (FOLFOX regimen) postoperatively (chemotherapy cycle =3 months); Patients with = grade 2 peripheral neurotoxicity (NCI-CTCAE score) after chemotherapy; Predominantly sensory abnormalities (numbness, tingling), excluding severe neuropathy primarily manifesting as motor dysfunction. Age 18-75 years, excluding pediatric and elderly patients (due to physiological differences that may affect efficacy evaluation). Signed informed consent, voluntary participation in the study, and compliance with follow-up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Comorbid with other neuropathies (e.g., diabetic neuropathy, herpes zoster neuropathy, alcoholic neuropathy, hereditary neuropathy); Previous acupuncture treatment, Chinese herbal medicine, or other neuroprotective agents (e.g., alpha-lipoic acid); Coagulation disorders, local skin infections, or mental illnesses preventing compliance with assessments.
