Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with previous knee surgery. 2)Patients with acute inflammation or infection around the knee joint. 3)Pregnant women. 4)Patients with tumors, infections, immune system-related diseases, or poorly controlled diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. 5)Patients who took anticoagulants, steroids, immunosuppressants, or other drugs within 3 months before treatment.
