60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the above diagnostic criteria; 2) Age = 60 years; 3) Hoehn and Yahr (H-Y) stage = 2.5; 4) Mini-Cog score = 3; 5) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score > 7 at enrollment; 6) No use of other medications or non-pharmacological treatments for insomnia symptoms; 7) Stable use of anti-Parkinson's disease medications for at least 1 month; 8) Voluntary participation in the study and signing of a formal informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who have undergone deep brain stimulation; 2) Patients with contraindications to gua sha, such as a tendency to bleed, skin abrasions, or infectious diseases; 3) Patients with severe systemic diseases, such as severe arrhythmias, severe liver or kidney dysfunction, or severe infectious diseases; 4) Patients with severe psychiatric disorders or malignant tumors; 5) Patients participating in other clinical trials during the treatment period.
