Interventions
High concentration of traditional Chinese medicine group (20%):Mix the anti-itch lotion with warm water in a 1:4 ratio to make a diluted solution.
Medium concentration group of traditional Chinese medicine (10%):Mix the anti-itch lotion with warm water in a 1:9 ratio to make a diluted solution.
Low concentration of traditional Chinese medicine group (5%):Mix the anti-itch lotion with warm water in a 1:19 ratio to make a diluted solution.
Control group:Compound Huangbai liquid

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 18 and 65 years, male or female; 2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for perianal eczema; 3) Meeting the traditional Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria for perianal eczema of the Damp-Heat in Lower Energizer pattern; 4) No use of relevant medications (including Chinese and Western medicines) within the past two weeks; 5) Agreement to participate in this trial and voluntarily signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding; 2) Individuals with an allergic constitution or known allergy to the medications to be used in this trial; 3) Patients with severe primary diseases involving the liver, kidney, or hematopoietic system, as well as those with mental disorders; 4) Use of medications related to the treatment of eczema (such as Chinese herbal medicine, Chinese patent medicine, topical or oral antihistamines, etc.) within the past 4 weeks;
