Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients in the convalescent phase of ischemic stroke with onset ranging from 14 to 90 days; aged between 30 and 70 years; conscious with stable vital signs, and capable of cooperating with treatment and assessment; scoring 5 to 20 on the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and with a pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score of no more than 1; and those who have voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with neurological deficits caused by non-ischemic etiologies such as hemorrhagic stroke, brain tumor, and brain trauma; patients with severe organ dysfunction, contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion, and contraindications to MRI examination; patients with severe cognitive impairment, aphasia, and mental illness who are unable to cooperate; pregnant or lactating women; and patients who participate in other clinical interventions at the same time.
