Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meets TD diagnostic criteria [refer to the "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders" published by the American Psychiatric Association for formulation]; Aged =6 years and =12 years, gender; First visit or no relevant drug treatment within the past 3 months; Parents reported no developmental or behavioral abnormalities; Signed written informed consent, patient willing to undergo treatment; Right-handed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with involuntary movements that can be explained by other conditions, such as rheumatic chorea, Huntington's chorea, hepatolenticular degeneration, epilepsy, and other neurological disorders; Those with comorbid mental or neurodevelopmental disorders requiring clinical intervention, such as obsessive-compulsive disorder, learning disabilities, intellectual developmental disorders, and moderate to severe anxiety or depressive disorders; Those with epileptiform discharges detected on EEG; Those with comorbid primary diseases of the cardiovascular, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic systems; Those who are unable to cooperate or are currently participating in other drug trials.
