18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) The symptoms and signs were consistent with the diagnosis of glaucoma; 2) Patients have good compliance and can cooperate to complete the treatment; 3) Duration of primary open-angle glaucoma within 2 years; 4) both male and female, aged 18-75 years old; 5) signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) secondary glaucoma; 2) patients with congenital glaucoma; 3) patients with high myopia; 4) combined with ocular trauma, refractive interstitial opacity or retinal or uveal diseases; 5) diabetics with poor glycemic control; 6) patients with severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure greater than 200 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 120 mmHg); 7) Pregnancy and lactation; (8) those with severe mental illness or poor compliance who cannot cooperate with treatment.
