40 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Medical history is consistent; 2) Positive physical examination findings; 3) MRI findings meet diagnostic criteria; 4) Willing to comply with treatment and not participating in other clinical studies.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals under 40 years old or over 70 years old; 2) Patients with diseases of major organs such as the liver, kidneys, or cardiovascular system; 3) Patients with MRI findings indicating a risk of tendon or ligament rupture; 4) Patients with negative MRI results; 5) Individuals who do not accept integrated traditional and Western medical treatment; 6) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7) Patients with a history of mental illness; 8) Individuals with allergies to anesthetic drugs.
