Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients met the diagnostic criteria for Western medicine, were diagnosed with erectile dysfunction (ED), and had an IIEF-5 score of 8–21. 2)Patients met the TCM syndrome differentiation criteria for kidney-yang deficiency syndrome. 3)Patients were 22–50 years of age, had a stable sexual partner, and maintained regular sexual activity during the treatment period. 4)Patients voluntarily participated in the study and provided written informed consen
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals who are unable to achieve normal penile erection due to organic lesions (such as congenital anatomical or structural abnormalities of the genitalia) or psychological problems; 2) Individuals with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney diseases, hematological system diseases, or primary mental illnesses; 3) Individuals whose spouses are unable to cooperate or engage in normal sexual intercourse due to their own reasons; 4) Individuals who are allergic to the relevant drug components in this study; 5) Individuals considered to have other unsuitable conditions for inclusion in the study.
