Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for cervical insomnia 2: Age 18-69 years old, gender unlimited; 3: PSQI score =11 points; 4: Patients who are not taking sleep AIDS or who agree to stop taking them for treatment; 5: Agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients with insomnia caused by other diseases; 2: Complicated with liver, kidney, heart, brain, malignant tumor and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 3: Expression disorder or mental illness; 4: Patients with severe osteoporosis; 5: Pregnant or lactating women; 6: Patients with damaged or macular lesions at the treatment site are inconvenient to treat; 7: Patients who were also enrolled in other studies.
