Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age between 18-30 years, gender; 2)Right-handed; 3)No history of neurological, psychiatric, or musculoskeletal disorders; 4)No exposure to any peripheral stimulation (e.g. acupuncture, peripheral electrical stimulation) or central stimulation (e.g.,transcranial magnetic stimulation, transcranial direct current stimulation) in the past 3 months; 5)Voluntary participation in this study and signing of the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of metallic foreign bodies within the cranium or body (including cochlear implants, implanted pulse generators.aneurysm clips.stents,etc.) 2)History of epilepsy or severe brain hemorrhage, brain trauma, tumors, infections, or other conditions that may trigger epilepsy; 3)Use of medications that may lower the seizure threshold or concurrent use of antidepressant drugs; 4)Individuals with sleep deprivation or alcohol dependence; 5)Severe heart disease or recent history of heart attacks; 6)Fear of acupuncture, history of fainting during acupuncture, or other contraindications for acupuncture therapy; 7)Fear of transcranial magnetic stimulation or other reasons preventing its administration; 8)Pregnant women.
