Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) a confirmed diagnosis of hemorrhagic or ischemic stroke, validated through cranial CT or MRI imaging; (2) first occurrence of stroke with a disease duration of less than three months; (3) normal cognitive function to facilitate cooperation during treatment and assessment; (4) unilateral lower limb motor dysfunction classified within Brunnstrom stages II to IV.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) serious medical conditions or concurrent significant organ dysfunction, including issues with the heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys; (2) a history of epilepsy or the presence of intracranial metal implants that would contraindicate the use of rTMS; (3) a history of bleeding disorders or any skin damage or infection in the abdominal area that would prevent the administration of AA; (4) a history of mental illness or severe cognitive or communication disorders that impair the result in poor compliance; (5) pregnant or lactating women.
