Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria of the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia (2025 Edition): serum bilirubin = 257 µmol/L; rapid increase in bilirubin levels, with transcutaneous bilirubin (TcB) rising > 0.3 mg/dl per hour. 2.Gestational age = 34 weeks, appropriate for gestational age (AGA), and a 1-minute Apgar score = 8. 3.Informed consent signed by the patient's legal guardian

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe Infections: Such as septicemia or purulent meningitis presenting with severe clinical symptoms. 2.Gastrointestinal Diseases: Patients with anal disorders, gastrointestinal perforation or hemorrhage, severe diarrhea, or neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC). 3.Skin Infections: Pediatric patients with skin defects, omphalitis, varicella (chickenpox), or bullous epidermal symptoms. 4.Congenital and Genetic Abnormalities: Patients with biliary atresia, severe malformations, or chromosomal and genetic abnormalities. 5.Prior Treatment History: Patients who have received treatment at other institutions or those with secondary admissions.
