Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Thediagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for UC or CD; 2. Hormonal medications have been discontinued for more than one month; no recent use of biologic inhibitors; 3. Participants must be aged 18-80 years at enrollment, with no restriction on gender;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals under 18 years of age, over 80 years of age, and pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. Exclusion of infectious colitis such as bacterial dysentery, intestinal tuberculosis, amoebic dysentery, and ischemic colitis; 3. Patients with significant diseases of the heart, brain, kidneys, or hematopoietic system are excluded; 4. Patients with intestinal obstruction, perforation, toxic megacolon, or colorectal cancer are excluded; 5. Patients currently participating in other drug clinical trials; 6. Patients with severe primary diseases of the heart, liver, lungs, kidneys, or blood, or conditions significantly affecting survival; 7. Individuals with intellectual or behavioral impairments that prevent adequate informed consent; 8. History of suspected or confirmed alcohol or substance abuse.
