Coronary Heart Disease Complicated with Insomnia

Interventions

Experimental group:The observation group was administered auricular point pressing therapy for 4 weeks on the basis of TCM syndrome differentiation, with treatment given every other day and bilateral
Control group:The control group received sleep hygiene education as the main intervention, with pharmacotherapy administered when necessary: Eszopiclone Tablets 1–3 mg per day.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged = 18 years old and = 80 years old 2.Patients who are clearly diagnosed with short-term or chronic insomnia with reference to Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Insomnia in Chinese Adults (2017 Edition) 3.Patients who are clearly diagnosed with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease 4.Patients who agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are currently taking hypnotic drugs or have taken such drugs, or received other sleep-improving therapies within the past month. 2.Patients complicated with severe mental disorders. 3.Pregnant or lactating women. 4.Patients complicated with other severe diseases (e.g., malignant tumors) and with an expected survival time of less than 1
