Research Group:Ten minutes before the end of the surgery, acupuncture was performed at the bilateral Neiguan (PC6) and Jianshi (PC5) acupoints. Neiguan (PC6): located 2 cun proximal to the transverse
straight insertion of 0.5–1.0 cun, until the Qi is obtained. Jianshi (PC5): located 3 cun proximal to the transverse crease of the wrist, between the tendons
straight insertion of 0.5–1.0 cun. Electroacupuncture parameters: bilateral PC6–PC5 connected for electrical stimulation (contralateral same configuration), dense-sparse wave at 2/100 Hz, current adju
once each on postoperative days 1 and 2, with the same protocol and parameters.
Control Group:Needle pricking is not feasible.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with gallbladder disease, planned to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy for treatment; Age 20-60 years old; American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I~III;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Has contraindications for surgery or anesthesia; The skin at the acupuncture site has lesions or infections; Has a history of mental illness or cognitive impairment-related diseases; Has a history of substance dependence, alcohol abuse, or drug use; Has a condition that affects normal communication.
