18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged between 18 and 45 years old; 2) Diagnosed with secondary cicatricial alopecia caused by burns, trauma or infection; 3) The scar is in a stable stage without infection or inflammation; 4) The disease history is over six months; 5) Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS) score is 5-12 points; 6) The patient has sufficient donor sites; 7) The subject and their family are willing and able to comply with postoperative care and follow-up requirements; 8) The subject and their family have given informed consent and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Subcutaneous scars; 2) Comorbid with severe hematological diseases; 3) Accompanied by severe skin diseases; 4) Comorbid with severe liver and kidney function impairments; 5) Accompanied by severe immune system deficiencies; 6) Scarring-prone individuals; 7) Comorbid with mental disorders; 8) Pregnant or lactating women; 9) Comorbid with severe hypertension or diabetes.
