Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients with ineffective drug therapy and complex physical conditions: 1. Patients with anal defects, fecal incontinence, multiple anal surgeries, complex scar formation, or anal stenosis (with or without). 2. Cancer patients. 3. Patients with impaired heart and lung function. 4. Patients with coronary heart disease or cerebrovascular diseases. 5. Patients with severe liver or kidney diseases, such as liver dysfunction, cirrhosis, renal failure, uremia, or those on dialysis. 6. Patients with post-stroke sequelae. 7. Patients with hematological diseases. 8. Patients whose physical condition precludes surgery, such as those on oral anticoagulants, undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, or of advanced age. 9. Patients unable to care for themselves, such as those paralyzed or with disabilities. 10. Patients with mental illnesses, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients or their families who have not given consent, or those who are unreachable during follow-up. 2. Patients who have shown improvement with standard drug therapy. 3. Patients who are eligible for surgical treatment. 4. Hematochezia caused by factors other than hemorrhoidal tissue (excluding localized bleeding such as radiation proctitis). 5. Patients under 18 years of age (patients must be adults; there is no upper age limit).
