Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for sepsis and acute lung injury; 2.Aged =18 years; 3.Informed consent signed by the patient or their legal representative.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Breastfeeding or pregnant women; 2.Patients admitted solely for palliative care; 3.Patients with confirmed immunodeficiency disorders or other definitive immunosuppressive conditions; 4.Patients with advanced-stage malignancies or severe hematologic disorders.
