Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1:The patient is aged between 18 and 80 and is right-handed. 2: It complies with the diagnostic criteria for chronic neck pain as stipulated in the "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines: Painology Volume" 3: The main complaint is neck pain, discomfort, stiffness or limited cervical spine movement, and the duration of pain is =3 months 4: Those who have not received rehabilitation treatment or similar treatment in the past month 5: The examinee can tolerate near-infrared brain function imaging examination. 6: Voluntarily join this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Under 18 years old and over 80 years old, left-handed and with other serious cervical spine diseases 2. Those with severe motor, cognitive, consciousness or emotional disorders who are unable to engage in active rehabilitation 3. There are severe internal diseases, such as: concurrent hemorrhagic diseases, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular dysfunction, and polyneuropathy. Or other special physical conditions where there is a need for exercise restrictions 4. Have undergone cervical spine surgery 5. Patients who are unwilling to undergo clinical research.
