60 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Acute cerebral infarction confirmed by head CT or MRI and meeting the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2023"; (2) within 2 weeks of onset; (3) Age >60 years old; (4) Wada drinking water test > grade II, with dysphagia; (5) Conscious and able to cooperate with rehabilitation training; (6) Informed consent from the patient and their family.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cognitive impairment, 1) mental illness; (2) gastrostomy performed before dysphagia; (3) severe liver or kidney dysfunction, malignant tumor, coagulation dysfunction.
