Experimental Group:Routine drug therapy combined with Tuina therapy.
Control Group:Standard drug therapy: Dopasyn tablets (200 mg: 50 mg)

40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the Western medical diagnostic criteria for Parkinson's disease; (2) Accompanied by pain symptoms in the waist, back, and/or extremities; (3) Age =40 and =80 years old, gender; (4) Staging: Hoehn-Yahr staging: 1~4; (5) Pain VAS score: 3~7 points; (6) In a relatively stable phase, regularly taking dopamine-effective medications with no changes in dosage or no medication use in the past 3 months; (7) Voluntarily participates in the clinical study and agrees to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Parkinson's disease patients with pain caused by other diseases, such as tumors, fractures, tuberculosis, infections, etc.; (2)patients with other serious internal medical conditions requiring treatment; (3)pregnant and breastfeeding women; patients with severe mental disorders, severe dementia, and severe depression or anxiety; (4) patients currently participating in other related clinical trials.
