Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Subjects meet the Western medicine diagnostic criteria for short stature. (2) Subjects meet the TCM pattern differentiation criteria for Spleen-Kidney Deficiency as categorized under "Wu Chi (Five Retardations) and Wu Ruan (Five Flaccidities)" . (3) Children aged 6 to 14 years, both male and female. (4) Subjects are capable of complying with acupuncture therapy. (5) Written informed consent must be obtained from the parent/guardian; for subjects =8 years of age, assent from the child is required concurrently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: (1) History of dermatological diseases, congenital developmental malformations, genetic disorders, or psychiatric illnesses. (2) Presence of underlying diseases including hypothalamic-pituitary disorders, or significant cardiac, hepatic, or renal diseases. (3) Prior history of growth hormone (GH) replacement therapy. (4) Current use of growth hormone therapy. (5) Participation in another interventional clinical trial within the last 3 months or concurrent participation in another drug trial. (6) Subjects deemed likely to be lost to follow-up based on the investigator's clinical judgment.
