Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with isolated thrombocytopenia based on laboratory findings and clinical presentation. 2. Age >4 years and =80 years. 3. Classified as high-risk based on the bone marrow failure progression risk model. 4. Predicted by the model to have characteristics associated with the best efficacy outcomes. 5. Not participating in any other clinical study. Note: Item 4 does not apply to the cohort study part.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other diseases that may affect outcomes (e.g., malignant tumors). 2. Coexisting severe hepatic or renal disorders. 3. Inability to take Traditional Chinese Medicine.
