Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Inclusion criteria: 1) Inclusion criteria: (1. Age 18-75 years; (2. Female patients diagnosed with breast cancer by pathological examination; (3. Patients who have not previously received neurotoxic chemotherapy and are scheduled to receive albumin-bound paclitaxel 250 mg/m² for chemotherapy, with 21 days per cycle for a total of 4 cycles; (4. Karnofsky Performance Status Scale (KPS) score =60; (5. Expected survival period >9 months; (6. Clear consciousness, normal hearing, intact cognitive understanding ability, and able to cooperate in completing questionnaires; (7. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (2) Exclusion criteria: 1) Distant metastasis; 2) Severe organic diseases (cardiac, hepatic, cerebral, renal, etc.); 3) Pre-existing peripheral neuropathy from other causes (e.g., diabetes, peripheral nervous system disorders, inflammatory/metabolic arthritis); 4) Open wounds/herpes/ulcers on hands, feet, or auricle; 5) Latex/waterproof tape allergy; 6) Participation in other drug trials or external TCM therapies.
