Experimental Group 1:Acupuncture treatment was given on the basis of conventional internal medicine basic treatment
Experimental Group 2:Exercise therapy was given on the basis of conventional internal medicine basic treatment
Experimental Group 3:Acupuncture combined with exercise training was administered on the basis of conventional internal medicine basic treatment

65 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for cognitive dysfunction related to cerebral small vessel disease and have a score of 19=MoCA=25; (2) Age: 60 to 75 years old, gender not limited; (3) No relevant treatment for this disease has been carried out in the past month. (4) Right-handed; (5) The condition is stable, the patient is conscious and can cooperate with the assessment and treatment. (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) Those with claustrophobia or absolute contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination; (3) Those with cognitive dysfunction caused by other reasons; (4) Taking drugs that may interfere with the evaluation of therapeutic effects; (5) Patients with severe diseases of other systems such as the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys, or those with mental illness; (6) Pregnant or lactating women, people who are prone to fainting from acupuncture, and others who are not suitable for acupuncture treatment; (7) Those who are currently participating in other research trials that influence the results of this study.
