Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for Western medicine in accordance with CNLBP (Chronic Nonspecific Low Back Pain). 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria for the aforementioned TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) syndrome. 3. No restrictions on gender or occupation; age between 18 and 65 years. 4. No relevant treatment received in the past two weeks prior to treatment. 5. Rest pain Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score of 3 to 6 points. 6. Voluntarily participates in the study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals unable to tolerate the treatment regimen of this study; 2. Individuals with diagnosed conditions causing lower back pain; 3. Individuals with a history of trauma or surgery in the lumbar region; 4. Individuals with severe cardiovascular diseases, impaired liver or kidney function, infectious diseases, or bleeding disorders; 5. Individuals with severe allergies or skin conditions that make acupuncture treatment unsuitable; 6. Individuals with cognitive impairments or currently participating in other trials.
