Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above-mentioned Western medical diagnostic criteria for lumbar disc herniation and are suitable for non-surgical treatment; (2) Present with a syndrome of blood stasis according to traditional Chinese medicine; (3) Be aged between 20 and 75 years; (4) Voluntarily agree to participate in the study, sign the informed consent form, and be able to accept and adhere to the treatment of this trial. Individuals who meet the above criteria are eligible to be enrolled as qualified subjects in this clinical study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lumbar tuberculosis, lumbar tumors, or lumbar compression fractures; (2) Pregnant women, children, the elderly, the weak, the disabled, or those with concurrent infections who are physically intolerant; (3) Individuals with a history of adverse reactions to traditional Chinese medicine.
