35 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the above diagnostic criteria; (2) First episode, with a course of disease within 60 to 180 days; (3) Age between 35 and 80 years; (4) No history of psychiatric disorders, with normal cognitive function and cooperation in treatment; (5) Informed consent forms were signed by family members of all patients, and the study was approved by the Ethics Committee of the implementing institution before enrolling the first patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cerebral hemorrhage, transient ischemic attack (TIA), or other intracranial lesions such as brain tumor, cerebral aneurysm, encephalitis, or brain trauma; (2) Patients who have undergone thrombolytic therapy or surgery for cerebral hemorrhage; (3) Patients whose condition deteriorates, with occurrence of new infarction or hemorrhage; (4) Patients unable or unwilling to cooperate with acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy; (5) Patients complicated with severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases, malignant tumors, or respiratory failure; (6) Patients with clear contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination.
