18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range of 18 to 65 years old, gender not limited, able to cooperate in completing questionnaires and follow-up; 2) Evidence of clinical or imaging lesions in the cervical spine and/or soft tissues that can cause headaches; 3) Meet at least two of the following causal relationship evidences: (a) Headache occurs in the temporal region after the appearance of neck lesions, or synchronously with the development of neck lesions; (b) As the neck lesions improve or disappear, the headache significantly improves or disappears; (c) Cervical mobility is limited, and neck induction tests can significantly induce or exacerbate headaches; 4) Not meeting the diagnosis criteria for other types of headaches in ICHD-3.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Unstable upper cervical spine; 2) Insufficient blood supply to the carotid artery; 3) History of dizziness caused by other reasons; 4) Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and cervical fractures, etc; 5) Acute phase of stroke; 6) Migraine; 7) Pregnancy; 8) Contraindications for other manipulation techniques; 9) Used manual or exercise therapy for neck or headache treatment in the past month.
