18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age between 18 and 60 years old (inclusive of 18 and 60 years old); 2)Meets the diagnostic criteria of ICSD-3; 3)PSQI score between 5 and 17 (excluding 5 and 17); 4)No history of psychotropic medication use; 5)No communication or cognitive impairments, able to use a smartphone to receive study reminders, view monitoring operation videos, and complete or submit sleep diaries as required; 6)Signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe diseases such as neuroendocrine, cardiovascular, hematopoietic system disorders, and tumors; 2. Sleep disorders caused by other severe mental illnesses; 3. Other sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea, rapid eye movement (REM) sleep disorder, or restless legs syndrome; 4. Individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding and are not suitable for acupuncture treatment; 5. Those who have received acupuncture treatment for insomnia in the past month; 6. Individuals with alcohol and/or other substance abuse or dependence; 7. Patients who are unable to cooperate with real-time EEG monitoring.
