Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria (1) Typical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease, such as heartburn and regurgitation, have been present for more than 4 weeks. 2) Endoscopy results are negative, with no evidence of Barrett's esophagus, esophageal mucosal lesions, or other diseases. 3) Proton pump inhibitor (PPI) challenge test is positive); 2. Age 18–70 years; Open to all genders; 3. No use of proton pump inhibitor (PPI) medications within the past month; 4. Signed informed consent form. 3. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with recent symptoms such as dysphagia, melena, or weight loss (or suspected to have peptic ulcers or malignant tumors); 2. Those with physical examination findings of rebound tenderness, abdominal masses, or other abnormalities; those with a history of gastric surgery; 3. Those with severe cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases, abnormal liver or kidney function, diabetes, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome, hemophilia, or a tendency to bleed; 4. Those unable to undergo gastroscopy, high-resolution esophageal manometry, or multi-channel 24-hour esophageal pH-impedance monitoring; 5. Those who have developed allergies or adverse reactions to the investigational drug; 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 7. Those with mental disorders or unable to cooperate; 8. Those who have participated in other clinical trials recently.
