Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria (1) TCM diagnostic criteria Mainly referring to the "Criteria for the Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM Diseases" and the textbook of the tenth edition of the "13th Five-Year Plan" the diagnostic criteria of liver-qi stagnation depression are as follows: 1) Mainly due to long-term mood is not smooth qi qi stagnation caused; 2) Main symptoms: depression lack of spirit restless mood; 3) Secondary symptoms: chest tightness and distension belching good breathing not thinking about food and drink insomnia and dreams irritability and crying; 4) Tongue and pulse: thin white tongue pulse string. Meet the main and secondary symptoms are =2 items and have the corresponding tongue and pulse image can be diagnosed. (2) Western diagnostic criteria According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) diagnostic criteria for GAD: 1) showing excessive worry and anxiety about work or life events and activities for at least 6 months; 2) They have difficulty controlling this anxiety or worry; 3) At least three of the following symptoms are present: (1) Feeling irritable agitated or constantly nervous; 2) Easy to fatigue; Difficulty concentrating; 4) easy to provoke; 5) Muscle tension; 6) Sleep disorders; 4) The above symptoms will cause the patient to produce clinical pain or other social function impairment; 5) The above symptoms cannot be caused by drugs drugs or other physical diseases; 6) The above symptoms cannot be explained by other mental disorders. Inclusion criteria (1) Meet the diagnostic standards of traditional Chinese medicine (2) In line with Western diagnostic standards (3) Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) score 14 =HAMA score =29; (4) Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score: 50 =SAS < 70; (5) 18 years old = age =60 years old male and female; (6) did not take any anti-anxiety drugs or other psychotropic drugs for 4 weeks prior to treatment and did not receive other related treatment; (7) Voluntarily cooperate to complete treatment and research and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (1) Exclude secondary anxiety of hyperthyroidism hypertension coronary heart disease and other physical diseases; (2) exclusion of stimulant overdose hypnotic sedation or antianxiety withdrawal obsessive-compulsive disorder phobia paranoia neurasthenia mania depression or anxiety associated with schizophrenia; (3) Pregnant or lactating women; (4) Patients with serious skin diseases or patients with serious damage in the surgical area; (5) Patients who are not able to tolerate treatment.
