Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets diagnostic criteria for Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI)(Petersen diagnostic criteria); 2) Aged between 55 and 75 years; 3) Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) score of 20 to 26 points; 4) Patients or their guardians are informed and have signed the informed consent form; 5) No contraindications to auricular acupressure, able to cooperate to complete the intervention and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed dementia (e.g., Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, etc.) or other organic diseases of the nervous system; 2. Rupture or inflammation of the skin on the ear, deformities, or allergies to ear acupressure materials (Wangbuliuxing seeds, adhesive tape); 3. Severe dysfunction of major organs such as the heart, liver, or kidneys, or severe mental disorders, or patients with malignant tumors; 4. Individuals who have undergone cognitive training, Chinese acupuncture/massage, or other targeted interventions within the past 3 months; 5. Unable to cooperate in completing assessments or follow-ups.
