Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age: 50 - 85 years old. 2.Diagnosis: After assessment by a doctor, it has been confirmed as forgotten type mild cognitive impairment (aMCI), and urine test shows positive for Aß. 3.TCM syndrome: Consistent with the TCM diagnosis of spleen deficiency and liver stagnation, with impaired blood circulation (common manifestations: forgetfulness, low mood, dizziness and lightheadedness, average appetite, loose stools, etc.). 4.Informed Consent: You, along with a family member who is familiar with your daily situation (the informed party), sign this consent form together.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Has been diagnosed with dementia (such as Alzheimer's disease in the dementia stage, vascular dementia, etc.). 2.Has severe mental disorders such as depression and schizophrenia that are not under control. 3.Has severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, and kidneys. 4.Has taken drugs for treating dementia in the elderly (such as donepezil, memantine, etc.) within the last 3 months. Brain magnetic resonance (MRI) shows large areas of cerebral infarction, brain tumors, etc.
