18 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) pathologically confirmed diagnosis of lung malignancy with ongoing chemotherapy; (2) estimated life expectancy = 6 months; (3) Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) score = 80; (4) no brain metastases, asymptomatic brain metastases, or symptomatic brain metastases that had been treated and remained stable; (5) age = 18 years; (6) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score = 7; (7) basic literacy with the ability to comprehend and complete the study questionnaires; and (8) provision of written informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) secondary pulmonary tumors; (2) allergy to alcohol or adhesive tape; (3) history of psychiatric disorders or communication impairment; (4) prior receipt of sleep-related interventions; (5) unawareness of one's own diagnosis; and (6) presence of other severe comorbidities.
