No minimum to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Confirmed by pathological examination as cervical squamous cell carcinoma; (2) The clinical stage is stage IB1-IIA (FIGO stage in 2018); (3) Age < 45 years old and not menopausal, with a strong desire to preserve ovaries; (4) No evidence of ovarian metastasis in preoperative imaging evaluation, ovarian suspension was performed during surgery; (5) Patients whose postoperative pathology suggests high-risk factors and require postoperative complementary treatment; (6) KPS score = 70 points; (7) Voluntarily accept the treatment regimen of this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Special types of cervical malignant tumors such as cervical adenocarcinoma, cervical gastric adenocarcinoma, cervical neuroendocrine carcinoma, and cervical anaplastic carcinoma; (2) Preoperative ovarian dysfunction, such as early ovarian failure; (3) History of hormone use in the 6 months before enrollment; (4) History of breast cancer and/or family history of ovarian cancer; (5) Damage to important organs such as heart, brain, and kidney; (6) KPS score < 70 points.
