Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for ventricular premature contractions in Western medicine. (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for the syndrome of palpitations and deficiency of both qi and yin in traditional Chinese medicine. (3) Age over 18 years old. (4) No contraindications to treatment. (5) Agree to receive traditional Chinese medicine treatment orally. (6) The subjects have given informed consent and voluntarily signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) There are patients with severe critical cardiovascular emergencies such as decompensated heart failure; (2) There are patients with severe peripheral vascular diseases at risk of gangrene; (3) There are patients with severe arrhythmias, and those with clear indications for electrical cardioversion or non-drug treatment; (4) There are patients with severe liver, kidney or malignant tumors and other diseases; (5) There are patients with transient arrhythmias caused by hematological system diseases, hyperthyroidism, electrolyte imbalance or reversible factors such as drugs; (6) There are patients with a recent surgical history of less than 2 months, or those with bleeding tendencies; (7) There are women in the pregnancy, lactation or preconception period; (8) There are patients who are allergic to or have an allergic constitution to the test drug; (9) There are patients currently participating in other clinical trials of drugs.
