Patients with a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) diagnosis not classified as spleen deficiency with damp-heat syndrome; 3. Patients with concurrent conditions such as gastric or duodenal ulcers, esophageal varices, reflux esophagitis, gastric polyps, or suspected malignant transformation based on pathological diagnosis; 4.
