Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Criteria of inclusion (1) First ischemic stroke patients confirmed by brain CT/MRI ; (2) The skull MRI/CT imaging data are complete, allowing clear localization of the site of the lesion ; (3) The existence of swallowing disorders is confirmed by swallowing imaging or the Standard Swallowing Functional Assessment Scale (SSA); (4) Age between 18 and 90 years old ; (5) 14 days = stroke = 180 days ; (6) The site of stroke disease is limited to the upper or lower stage ;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 2 Exclusion Criteria (1) Combined with other neurological diseases (Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, etc. diseases that lead to swallowing disorders); (2) Medical records with incomplete basic information or missing key data ; (3) severe heart and lung dysfunction, severe dementia, and presence of cognitive impairment. (4) hospital stay less than 5 days ; (5) Patients who died before leaving the hospital ; (6) Patients with expected survival time of less than 6 months ; (7) Patients who did not receive swallowing function rehabilitation training ; (8) those who refused to participate in the survey ;
