Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Full-time undergraduate students at Indonesian universities, aged 18–25 years, with a body mass index (BMI) =25.0 kg/m², including overweight (BMI 25.0–29.9 kg/m²) and obesity (BMI =30.0 kg/m²). (2) Willing to participate in the 12-week intervention study and able to complete follow-up and assessments. (3) Willing to provide written informed consent and have a mobile phone with normal internet access. (4) No history of soy allergy or intolerance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Individuals diagnosed with metabolic or endocrine disorders, such as diabetes or thyroid disease. (2) Individuals who are pregnant or lactating at the time of enrollment. (3) Individuals currently using weight-loss medications, dietary supplements, restrictive diet plans, or participating in other weight management intervention programs. (4) Individuals with severe chronic diseases or organ dysfunction that may affect nutrient metabolism or limit daily physical activity. (5) Individuals who are unwilling or unable to comply with the study procedures, including but not limited to attendance requirements, participation in digital interventions, and saliva or blood sample collection.
