Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age:? Between 18 and 75 years old; (2) Disease duration:? In the convalescent stage of stroke, with stable vital signs; (3) Diagnostic criteria:? Meeting the diagnostic criteria for ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke ;(4) Swallowing function:? A score of 2 to 5 on the Kubota Water Swallowing Test (WST); (5) Compliance:? Ability to cooperate with the trial procedures and willingness to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with? impaired consciousness, unstable vital signs, severe organ failure, or severe cognitive impairment ;(2) Patients with? infections or skin damage at the acupuncture sites, or those with local skull defects; (3) Patients aged? under 18 years or over 75 years, as well as pregnant women; (4) Patients with? severe pulmonary infections or other conditions affecting swallowing training;(5) Patients who? refuse to comply with the treatment and assessment protocols.
