Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those meeting the diagnostic criteria for early knee osteoarthritis as stipulated in the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Non-surgical Treatment of Early Knee Osteoarthritis (2024 Edition)" are: 1) Age = 40 years old; 2) Repeated knee pain for more than 1 month; 3) Joint stiffness = 30 minutes, pain when squatting and standing up, pain when going up and down stairs; 4) Bone friction sounds (feels) during movement, joint space tenderness; 5) X-ray shows no obvious changes in the joint, or there may be bone spurs, suspected narrowing of the joint space; 6) MRI shows localized or diffuse cartilage damage (the range of subchondral bone marrow edema in any area = 75%, or any range = 25%); (2) Gender is not restricted; (3) VAS score = 2 points and = 6 points. (4) The subjects understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the "Informed Consent Form".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with severe primary diseases or secondary diseases such as malignant tumors, or with organ dysfunction in the circulatory system, liver, kidneys, central nervous system, etc.; (2) Those diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, infectious knee arthritis, gouty arthritis, and other joint diseases through imaging examinations; (3) Those with blood system, coagulation dysfunction or a severe bleeding tendency; (4) Those with limb functional disorders caused by other diseases such as Parkinson's disease, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, arteriosclerotic occlusive disease, polymyositis, etc.; (5) Pregnant women, women in the process of preparing for pregnancy, or lactating women; (6) Those who cannot cooperate with MRI examinations due to magnetic implants or metal foreign bodies in their bodies, and/or those with claustrophobia; (7) Those with severe needle fainting, blood fainting, and/or allergies to alcohol or metal products, and unable to cooperate with treatment; (8) Those who have received intervention with similar gradient pulsed infrared therapy devices in the past; (9) Those who are participating in other clinical studies. Those who meet any one or several of the above conditions are excluded.
