40 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for KOA of the American College of Rheumatology; 2) Pain numerical rating scale, namely VAS score =7; 3) Age 40-75 years (including 40 and 75 years); 4) Discontinue analgesics and steroid medications during the trial; 5) Willing to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Women who are preparing for pregnancy, pregnant, or breastfeeding; 2) Those who have received intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injections, joint lavage, or arthroscopic examination within the past 6 months; 3) Those with skin infections around the knee joint or severe deformation or malformation of the knee joint structure; 4) Individuals with severe systemic diseases or mental illnesses; 5) Those with immune system diseases that may affect the knee joint, such as rheumatoid arthritis; 6) Those participating in other studies simultaneously; 7) Individuals who have undergone knee replacement surgery; 8) Those with a tendency to bleed; 9) Those who do not accept randomization.
